More than the keys of an instrument, I
want to share the Key of Life, Jesus Christ.

A flickering dream and hope for many years, I have desired to create an interactive album fusing all of my passions - God, music and writing. Himspirations is the first realization of that dream, with hopefully more to come in the future. I've chosen songs that are not only near and dear to my heart but also are quite familiar (ok, perhaps a few not so common choices as well) to most others as well. In choosing the well-known, my goal has been to challenge the static, stagnant emotion that at times clouds our perception of these songs and the deep meaning of their lyrics by introducing them in new, musical settings. Immersing yourself further in the experience of the album, I also offer this blog where we can further examine the lyrics in light of the Word. Ultimately, I offer to you snapshots of my heart, life and walk with the Lord - the good, bad, struggles and victories - through the medium of my pen and piano, so that you too might be inspired, encouraged and challenged in your walk with Him.
May my music offer the perfect backdrop for your "quiet" time with your Lord so that you may be "Himspired" in all that you do....
